Welcome to Mountain View guest house! We would like to introduce you to the basic rules of our guest house. They are created in such a way as to ensure your safety and your comfortable rest. During your stay, please protect the environment and use prudently the water resources and electricity. Please protect the garden as you would with yours. Please do not tear the flowers. Please keep the house clean as you do with your home. Please take care of the furniture in the villa. During your stay, it is yours.

Bookings, payment and cancellations

Standard prices, including all promotional policies, are published on the booking platforms that we work with. You can also get information from our website and upon request. In case you contact the owners directly, your booking is guaranteed by a deposit equal to 50% of the total amount for your stay. The remaining 50% is payable at check-in. In case of non-payment by you 3 days after the booking, it will be cancelled. Bookings made in the last minute (up to a week before the start date) require full payment for the stay. Upon cancellation of this type of booking, the amount will not be refunded

Accommodation and check-out

Check-in is after 14 o’clock. Check-out is at 11 o’clock. In some cases, earlier check-in is possible and in case it is confirmed by Mountain View guest house, it is not subject to additional payment. Late check-out of the house can be provided after confirmation by us. If it is not subject to a special tariff or promotion, the late check-out is charged. Extended single sofas are extra beds in the rooms (suitable for children). If you need an extra cot, you need to let us know in advance. We will do our best to meet your special requirements, but we ask for your understanding in case we cannot guarantee it. Forgotten items are sent to the address specified by the guests at their expense.

Confidentiality of your personal data

Following the national legislation, as owners, we are obliged to collect your personal data at check-in. All personal data collected is confidential and under no circumstances will it be spread and/or used by us and/or provided to third parties, except to state institutions and only if they have a legal grounds for that.

Damages or losses

The interior of Mountain View guest house is created with a lot of love, by an individual project, to offer our guests comfort, luxury and a sense of uniqueness. All damages or losses during the rental period are responsibility of the guests. To ensure a good treatment to the interior, the furniture and the equipment in this house, a deposit of BGN 1,000 is required from the visitors by blocking the amount by card or by bank transfer before check-in or payment in-house after issuing a deposit receipt. In case of no damages, the full amount of BGN 1,000 is refunded within 3 days after leaving the villa. In case of excessive or unacceptable losses or damages at any time during the rental period, the owner or his/hers representative may request from the guests and their accompanying persons including the additional visitors to vacate the guest house immediately, without entitlement to a compensation or a refund.

In-house order

Smoking is not allowed in any of the indoor areas of the house. This includes smokeless cigarettes, hookahs, cigars, cigarettes and all kinds of smoked self-made or factory devices. For your convenience, there are ashtrays in all terraces and common outdoor areas. Please do not forget to put the used materials in the ashtrays after smoking. Clients are obliged to behave in a way that they do not interfere with other clients or damage the prestige and the reputation of the house. Illegal or immoral activities – gambling, prostitution, drug use, possession or use of pyrotechnics or dangerous goods, possession or use of firearms and other weapons – are absolutely prohibited! Upon leaving the tourist site, guests are required to leave it in the condition in which they found it during their check-in. The house guests are materially (financially) responsible for damaged and/or lost property. Damages and/or losses of the house property are paid at the reception upon departure. In case of violating the public order (loud noise after 23 o’clock) and following a signal submitted to the police, the guests of Mountain View guest house take the full responsibility for resolving the case and if the authorities impose sanctions, fines, acts and other penalties provided by the Bulgarian law, they are fully covered by the guests responsible for the violations. Candles create romance and we perfectly understand it, but they are dangerous and can cause fire and significant damages to the house. It is not allowed to light candles in any of the accommodation rooms, except in the dining room, the spa and the barbecue areas, and only under supervision. Enjoy the warmth and the comfort of the warm water and the fireplace, but please follow the basic rules below. After using the Jacuzzi, please put on its cover and press it with the pillows. Otherwise, the water cools down, and debris and leaves can get into the pool. Please do not smoke in the Jacuzzi and the spa area. The use of towels for the sauna and the sun loungers is obligatory. We have provided them for you. Please do not use slippers in the sauna. This concerns your hygiene and health. Please do not bring food or drinks to the spa area and the pool. We are sorry, but no matter how much we love animals, there are guests with health problems such as allergies and others. Therefore, the stay of pets is not desirable.
